- Drive Lean Six Sigma projects to streamline urban distribution and terminal operations
- Analyze and optimize delivery routes to reduce transit times and operational costs
- Strategically manage site resources, capacity planning, and facility layouts
- Design and execute strategies to enhance per capita output and stabilize courier attendance
- Monitor terminal KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and deploy on site improvements
- Partner with terminal managers to standardize best practices and Lean methodologies
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands on experience in express delivery, instant delivery, or urban distribution
- Strong expertise in Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma frameworks applied to logistics
- Advanced data analysis, layout planning, change management, and excellent communication skills
- Proven track record in route and resource management
- Logistics or Express Industry background highly preferred

Qualifications & Requirements

- Advanced data analysis, layout planning, change management, and excellent communication.
- Proven track record in route and resource management. Logistics or Express Industry background is highly preferred.
