- Ensure compliance, address emergencies, and foster relationships with local communities and government entities
- Oversee day to day logistics operations at the station, including inbound and outbound shipments, last mile delivery, and returns
- Manage, train, and supervise station staff including supervisors, drivers, and couriers
- Cross functional collaboration (HR, Finance, Fleet, Customer Service) for smooth station operations
- Forecast volume and resourcing needs
- On time reporting and updating reports and staff attendance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in logistics or management
- 2+ years of experience in operations management, with experience leading teams of 10+ people
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Background in cross border e commerce or the Middle East market is advantageous
