About the Role

- Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean, mapping, and referrals
- Build talent silos/pipelines by function, sector, and seniority to stay ahead of demand
- Run structured qualification calls and write clear, commercial candidate summaries
- Manage candidate control: keep people warm, aligned, and committed through the full process
- Advise on market reality (availability, compensation expectations, competitor movement, timelines)
- Keep pipeline clean, reportable, and moving with consistent activity and follow through
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ agency side recruitment experience (delivery/research/consultant)
- Strong international recruitment experience, and ideally GCC/UAE exposure
- Experience delivering mid to senior level mandates (manager level and above preferred)
- Confident sourcing passive talent and building pipelines from zero
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Based in the UAE (required)
