Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in data science or related field
- Experience with A/B testing and experiment design
- Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- First 90 days: Ramp up on domain, build relationships, understand data landscape, deliver first actionable analysis.
- By 6 months: Be the go to analytical partner, independently design and run experiments.
- By 12 months: Work has measurably improved decision quality; built or refined data models; mentor newer team members.
What You'll Actually Do
- 40% on deep analysis and experimentation: designing A/B tests, running multivariate experiments, deep dives into performance drivers.
- 30% on data modelling and quality: building and maintaining data models, profiling source data, ensuring data reliability.
- 30% working with stakeholders: partnering with product and business managers to frame questions, set KPIs, present insights.
