Job Scope
- Analyze destination datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
- Develop, train, and fine-tune AI and machine learning models for destination use cases.
- Build RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM-based solutions on Databricks.
- Create actionable insights and visualizations supporting business objectives.
- Collaborate with ML Ops to operationalize, deploy, and monitor models.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into data science deliverables.
- Follow enterprise AI architecture, governance, security, and data management standards.
- Maintain data quality, model performance, governance, and responsible AI standards.
- Collaborate with AI, Data Engineering, BI, and Enterprise Data teams.
Job Essentials
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience taking models from analysis through deployment.
- Strong data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning skills.
- Hands-on experience with Python and Databricks, including MLflow.
- Experience with AI model development, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Understanding of RAG, LLMs, and vector databases.
- Ability to turn analysis into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with ML Ops to deploy and monitor models.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, AI, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
