- Manage day-to-day operations and support for the data platform.
- Lead incident triage, escalation, resolution tracking, and closure.
- Coordinate technical teams to resolve complex platform and distributed system issues.
- Provide stakeholder updates, status reports, and management communication.
- Report on incidents, SLAs, risks, open issues, and service performance.
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, support documentation, and escalation processes.
- Improve operational processes and service reliability.
- Follow issues through to closure with clear ownership and accountability.
