Advanced Analytics Management
- Grow adoption of advanced analytics by identifying use cases and tools that improve operational effectiveness.
- Review and improve the advanced analytics portfolio and assess solution utilization across business units.
- Review infrastructure for developing and hosting analytical products and propose collaboration platforms such as Alteryx, SAS, and DataRobot.
- Increase awareness through educational sessions that encourage departments to improve operations using advanced analytics.
- Prioritize use cases and develop proof-of-concept solutions to validate their impact.
- Develop complex analytical models using machine learning and deep learning techniques.
- Define requirements, business requirements documents, and service-level agreements for analytical products.
- Translate requirements into delivery tasks, manage external requests, and optimize workload allocation.
- Coordinate stakeholders on delivery plans and monitor satisfaction to implement corrective measures.
Organization and Operations
- Follow relevant policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Help solve escalated problems and support junior team members.
- Escalate complex problems and perform other duties as requested.
People Management
- Train junior staff when applicable to support knowledge transfer.
- Provide direction, prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor workflow.
- Support junior staff or direct reports in executing duties according to policies and processes.
