The position develops analytical products, models, and solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced Analytics Management
- Grow adoption of advanced analytics by identifying use cases and tools that improve operational effectiveness.
- Review the advanced analytics portfolio and assess solution utilization and effectiveness across business units.
- Review infrastructure for developing and hosting analytical products and propose collaboration platforms such as Alteryx, SAS, or DataRobot.
- Increase awareness through educational sessions about analytical topics.
- Explore and prioritize use cases supporting ZATCA's strategic objectives.
- Develop proofs of concept to validate the effectiveness and impact of use cases.
- Develop complex analytical models using machine learning and deep-learning techniques.
- Define and scope requirements for advanced-analytics-enabled products.
- Perform complex reactive data analysis and develop models for strategic stakeholder questions.
- Define business requirements documents and service-level agreements for analytical products.
- Manage external requests and optimize workload allocation.
- Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and implement corrective measures to improve delivery.
Organization and Operations
- Follow relevant policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Help solve escalated problems and support junior team members.
- Escalate complex problems to ensure cases and issues are properly closed.
- Perform other duties as requested.
People Management
- Train junior staff on job activities when applicable.
- Provide direction, prioritize tasks, delegate responsibility, and monitor subordinate or junior staff workflows.
- Support junior staff or direct reports in executing duties according to policies and processes.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or an equivalent field is required.
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

- Data Analytics, Data Management Planning and Design, and Data Processing are listed at proficient level.
