Access Management Supervisor

Purpose of the job

IT security access management

• Develop IT security access guidelines, policies, and procedures to protect the IT environment.
• Operate and maintain identity, authentication, and authorization access across networks, solutions, systems, applications, and devices.
• Manage user identity, access, and account lifecycles and document required information.
• Process access requests, enable authorization, and provide ongoing business support.
• Handle access incidents and escalated tickets within agreed service levels.
• Analyze and implement access-related change requests and measure their effectiveness.
• Monitor access, report issues, and recommend improvements.
• Analyze metrics, identify KPI gaps, and produce periodic reports with corrective actions to mitigate access risks.

Organization and operations

• Follow relevant policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Help resolve escalated problems and support junior team members.
• Escalate complex problems and perform other duties as requested.

People management

• Train junior staff when applicable to transfer knowledge.
• Provide direction, prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor junior staff workflows.
• Support junior staff or direct reports in executing duties according to policies and processes.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field is required.
• Master's degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent field is preferred.
• Approximately eight years of relevant experience is stated as optimal, with approximately three years of managerial-level experience preferred.
