Lead work activities autonomously with limited direction toward predetermined long-term objectives.
Act as an internal consultant and facilitator by providing guidance for operational activities.
Provide expert support for ZATCA IT infrastructure and networks delivery, implementation, and testing.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop IT infrastructure and networks delivery guidelines and standards through framework analysis, benchmarking, and research.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and create comprehensive infrastructure and networks project plans.
- Manage implementation of infrastructure and networks solutions, including servers, backup, data center, and disaster recovery.
- Manage installation of infrastructure components such as routers, switches, and load balancers.
- Participate in infrastructure and networks testing and validation and coordinate issue resolution.
- Coordinate corrective actions, retesting, and revalidation to confirm effectiveness.
- Follow relevant policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Support junior staff, resolve escalated problems, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Train junior staff and transfer knowledge when applicable.
- Direct, prioritize, delegate, and monitor the workflow of junior staff.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field is required.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required.

- IT Systems Management is assessed at an advanced level.
- IT Compliance is assessed at an advanced level.
- IT Change Management and Project Management are assessed at a proficient level.
- Vendor Management is assessed at a proficient level.
