About the Role
Siemens Energy is seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join the Performance Acceleration Group. The intern will work on data collection, dashboard creation, and support digitalization and AI projects.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and prepare data from various business systems to support analytical processes
- Assist in creation and maintenance of performance dashboards and reports
- Conduct basic data analysis under guidance of senior team members to identify trends
- Document data processes, definitions, and workflows
- Contribute to digitalization, AI, and automation projects through data gathering, testing, and tool research
- Support preparation of presentations and communication materials to convey project updates
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or related quantitative field
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis through university projects, coursework, or personal initiatives
- Proficiency in data collection, preparation, and visualization with foundational understanding of BI tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with ETL tools like Alteryx
- Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability
- Effective communication skills and learning agility
