- Collect, clean, and prepare data from various business systems to support analytical processes and ensure data integrity
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of performance dashboards and reports for day to day monitoring and decision making

- Document data processes, definitions, and workflows to maintain team knowledge and streamline operations
- Contribute to digitalization, AI, and automation projects by performing data gathering, testing, and tool research

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or related quantitative field
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis through university projects, coursework, or personal initiatives
- Proficiency in data collection, preparation, and visualization with foundational understanding of BI tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with ETL tools like Alteryx
- Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability
- Effective communication skills and learning agility

- As a Data Analyst Intern within the Performance Acceleration Group, you'll be immersed in a dynamic environment that values innovation and collaboration.
- You'll engage in meaningful projects that drive digitalization, AI, and automation initiatives.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Collect, clean, and prepare data from various business systems to support analytical processes and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of performance dashboards and reports, providing insights for day to day monitoring and decision making.
- Conduct basic data analysis under the guidance of senior team members to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
- Document data processes, definitions, and workflows to maintain team knowledge and streamline operations.
- Contribute to digitalization, AI, and automation projects by performing tasks such as data gathering, testing, and tool research.
- Support the preparation of presentations and communication materials to effectively convey project updates and findings.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis through university projects, coursework, or personal initiatives.
- Proficiency in data collection, preparation, and visualization, with a foundational understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

About the Team
