Join a Qatar project team as a Data & Testing Analyst.
The role focuses on data migration, data quality, reporting, ERP testing, and defect management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Support end-to-end data migration, including extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading.
- Perform data quality, validation, reconciliation, and completeness checks across source and target systems.
- Analyze discrepancies and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams.
- Prepare validation, reconciliation, testing, status, and data analysis reports.
- Support ERP implementations by validating migrated data and business processes.
- Develop and execute SIT and UAT scenarios and test cases.
- Document test results and manage defect logging, prioritization, retesting, reporting, and closure.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, test evidence, reconciliation reports, and migration trackers.
- Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live validation activities.
Required skills and experience
- Have 4–7 years of relevant experience in data migration, data analysis, reporting, ERP testing, or a similar role.
- Have strong hands-on experience in data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, migration, analysis, and reporting.
- Have proven experience executing SIT and UAT and managing defects.
- Have advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
- Have good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred experience
- Experience with ERP implementation or transformation projects is preferred.
