Position Summary

  • The Assistant Manager – Data Analytics & Performance Marketing drives LG.com eCommerce growth through data driven insights and performance marketing execution.
  • The role focuses on analyzing website traffic and customer behavior to improve conversion, efficiency, and revenue.
  • It manages promotional planning and campaign execution across onsite and paid channels.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end monitoring and analysis of LG.com website data, including traffic, customer behavior, and overall performance.
  • Review and analyze LG.com traffic and performance data as the foundation for data driven decision making.
  • Develop and manage LG.com online promotional marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, bundles, add ons, vouchers, and tactical offers.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance marketing campaigns for LG.com across paid and owned channels.
  • Use data analytics to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel efficiency.
  • Support CRM and retention programs in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Marketing, platform, sales, PSI, and product teams for campaign readiness.

Relevant Experience & Education

  • 3 5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, D2C, digital marketing, or commercial online roles.
  • Strong experience in onsite campaign management, promotions, paid media, and marketing performance analysis.
  • Experience working with agencies and cross functional teams in a matrix organization is preferred.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, durables, omnichannel retail, or large format eCommerce businesses is preferred.
  • Masters / bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital commerce funnels, campaign planning, media performance, customer acquisition, and retention levers.
  • Good analytical capability with hands on use of Excel and dashboard tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with OBS/eCommerce platforms such as Magento and CRM/martech systems is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, vendor management, and execution discipline.
