What The Role Covers
- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying improvement areas and implementing process enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to optimize supply chain processes and ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, maintaining a safe and secure supply chain environment across all operations.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 6+ years of supply chain management experience with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cross-functional environments.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics platforms.
- CSCP or CPIM certification is an advantage.
- Multinational organization experience preferred.
