- Support the development of channel and customer plans by consolidating inputs from sales, brand, and finance teams
- Assist in building monthly and quarterly planning decks and tracking tools
- Help analyse historical performance (sales, distribution, promotions) to identify trends and opportunities
- Support the execution of in store activations, promotions, and campaigns across key channels
- Track key performance metrics such as sales trends, promotion performance, and distribution
- Support post activity analysis by compiling results and summarising key learnings
- Work closely with Sales, Brand, Finance, and Shopper Marketing teams on ongoing initiatives
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final year student in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Interest in commercial planning, shopper marketing, or sales
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive and willing to learn in a fast paced environment

Job Purpose
- The CSP & Shopper Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of category, channel, and shopper initiatives across markets.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the development of channel and customer plans by consolidating inputs from sales, brand, and finance teams
- Assist in building monthly and quarterly planning decks and tracking tools
- Help analyse historical performance (sales, distribution, promotions) to identify trends and opportunities
- Contribute to building simple planning inputs for channel/customer business plans
- Support the execution of in store activations, promotions, and campaigns across key channels
- Assist in developing promotional plans and tracking their implementation
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely delivery of activation materials
- Help review in store visibility and campaign rollout across customers
- Track key performance metrics such as sales trends, promotion performance, and distribution
- Support post activity analysis by compiling results and summarising key learnings
- Highlight simple insights to support optimisation of future campaigns and plans
- Assist in preparing performance reports for internal reviews
What You Need To Succeed
- Recent graduate or final year student (Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field preferred)
- Interest in commercial planning, shopper marketing, or sales
- Any internship/project experience involving data analysis, marketing, or business planning is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work with data and identify basic trends
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, with a willingness to learn in a fast paced environment
