Job Title:** Customer Services Coordinator
**Monthly Base Salary:** SAR 8,800 - SAR 10,800 (depending on experience)
**Benefits:** Housing / Transportation allowance, 9% Bonus target, Medical insurance, Group Life insurance, 30 calendar days annual leave, end of service award
**Location:** Dammam (office presence 5 days per week)

We deliver top-performing, high-quality and reliable pressure pumping, flow control and wellhead equipment for various oilfield applications and provide comprehensive services including repair, refurbishment, inspection, testing, certification and rental.
Role Purpose
Ensure the end-to-end fulfilment of customer service orders – from quotation to delivery.
Provide operational and administrative support for service center and field activities.
Operations Management
- Maintain effective communication with customers throughout quoting and order execution for repair, refurbishment and rental services.
- Process workorders and related entries in the ERP system.
- Manage physical and system movement of rental assets.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment of parts, components, materials and equipment including customs clearance and documentation.
- Collaborate and maintain effective teamwork with internal teams including service operations, sales, logistics and finance
- Dispatch field and workshop technicians, prepare time reports and assist with travel arrangements
- Procure tools, equipment and supplies for operations; collaborate with suppliers.
- Oversee facility maintenance and related procurement.
- Provide administrative support for in-country employees and visitors.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare management reports.
Top Candidates Also Have
- College or university degree.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in operations or sales support. Oilfield experience is a plus
- Good knowledge of logistics processes and documentation: transportation, import/export and international trade, including GCC customs regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong customer focus.
- Excellent communication skills.
