About the Role
Customer Service Representative Admin role combining front-line customer service with administrative support.
The role is remote and requires balancing customer-facing and task-oriented responsibilities.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot issues, escalate complex cases, and process orders, returns, refunds, or account changes.
- Maintain CRM records and provide clear product or service information.
Administrative Support
- Organize digital files and documents, schedule meetings and appointments, and prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry, maintain databases, track expenses, process invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping.
- Support onboarding, assist Sales, HR, and Operations, and streamline workflows.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace is required.
