Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and handle routine questions and service requests.
• Create and maintain customer records, communication histories, tickets, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate issues with internal teams, provide request updates, and escalate complex or unresolved matters.
• Process forms and customer information, and update spreadsheets, CRM systems, and administrative trackers.
• Monitor inboxes and communication channels, and prepare basic reports, summaries, and correspondence.
• Follow up on pending requests and protect confidential customer and company information.
• Follow established customer-service, privacy, and data-protection procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer-service, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, typing ability, and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a suitable remote-working environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, data entry, call-center support, CRM systems, or virtual assistance is advantageous but may not be required.

Preferred Skills and Systems

• Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, and Sheets.
• CRM or customer-support platforms, email and chat support systems, and ticketing or help-desk software.
• Cloud-based document and file-management systems.
• Remote collaboration and task-management tools.
• Training may be provided for company-specific systems and procedures.
