About the Role
Provide front-line customer service while supporting records, schedules, and internal administrative processes.
Work in a varied role suited to someone who communicates well and can manage people-facing and task-oriented responsibilities.
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot issues, escalate complex cases, and process orders, returns, refunds, and account changes.
- Maintain CRM records and provide clear product or service information.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Organize digital files, records, and documents using cloud-based storage.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar events.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry and maintain customer and internal databases.
- Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping.
- Support onboarding and provide ad hoc administrative assistance to Sales, HR, and Operations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline support and administrative workflows.
