About the Role
Customer Service Representative Admin role combining front-line customer service with administrative support.
The role involves handling customer communications while maintaining records, schedules, and internal processes.
The position is designed for someone comfortable managing varied, people-facing, and task-oriented work.
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account changes as needed.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions.
- Provide product or service information and guide customers through policies and processes.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Organize digital files, records, and documents using cloud-based storage systems.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar events.
- Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry and maintain customer and internal databases.
