About the Role
The role combines front-line customer service with administrative support in a remote team.
The position suits someone who can manage customer interactions, records, schedules, and internal processes.
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account changes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions.
- Provide product or service information and guide customers through policies and processes.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage digital files, records, and documents using cloud-based storage systems.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar events.
- Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry and maintain customer and internal databases.
- Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping.
- Support onboarding and assist Sales, HR, and Operations with administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to streamline customer service and administrative workflows.
