🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On
- Restore customer trust by ensuring faster and more consistent handling of escalations across chat, social, email, and high-priority complaints.
- Improve peak-readiness by having a locally based team that can observe demand spikes and coordinate immediate action across support, ops, product, and marketing.
- Reduce dependence on a purely manual / remote setup for critical customer-facing control.
- Create stronger visibility into customer pain points and feed those insights into automation, product improvements, and operational fixes.
- Build a more scalable model where local oversight handles critical control and escalation, while automation and external capacity absorb more transactional workload over time.
- Support Pakistan Live CS team in Peak days
🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service (food delivery, e-commerce, or call center preferred)
- Fluent in Arabic (Khaleeji Accent) & English
- Strong communication skills—clear, calm, and customer-focused
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage difficult conversations
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and computer systems
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment

- Experience in a high-growth startup or food delivery platform
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Familiarity with customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, TAT, QA)
