Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer calls professionally within a prescribed time frame
- Distribute all telephonic or emails of members and other guests
- Assist guests with any restaurant or club day pass reservations
- Be knowledgeable of club policies and procedures, including emergency procedures
- Ensure established quality standards are maintained
- Be fully aware of all activities taking place in the club
- Assist department objectives to achieve targets
- Answer and attend to all inquiries courteously
- Maintain orderliness of the operator area
- Represent the club with all telephone calls and emails
- Practice personalized service to all guests requests
- Adhere to Company's Policy on Confidentiality and Ethics

Qualifications
