- Strong understanding of banking operations, digital transformation, or core banking systems
- Track record of managing enterprise level clients and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- UAE or GCC market experience

Role Overview
