- Maintain standardized processes and accurate documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Crew Manager or similar role in the live event industry
- Extensive experience in the event industry
- Proven workforce management experience including project freelance talent planning
- Hands on experience in Middle East (UAE and KSA) or Germany markets
- Strong knowledge of crew logistics including travel, accommodation, visa coordination
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
