- The role is hybrid and requires working an average of two days per week from an HPE office.
Role Overview
The Country Manager serves as a trusted adviser to partners and develops mutually beneficial relationships aligned with HPE business priorities.
The role drives end-to-end revenue, profitability, and pipeline through joint business plans and data-driven partner sales.
The position sells to customers through partners as an extension of HPE’s salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Advise partners on ecosystem opportunities and align activity with HPE business priorities.
- Drive revenue, profitability, pipeline, market share, and partner loyalty.
- Develop and communicate HPE global and local business strategies and portfolio value.
- Coordinate sales, education, marketing, executive briefings, forecasting, business planning, and client engagements.
- Ensure partner awareness and compliance with HPE partner requirements and legal obligations.
