About the Role
Quest Restaurant Management LLC is seeking a Cost Controller with F&B experience to monitor food and beverage costs, conduct stock audits, and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Monitor food and beverage costs, including raw materials, supplies, and waste
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure menu pricing/recipes are aligned/updated with food costs
- Monitor inventory turnover and wastage
- Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and report issues to senior management
- Evaluate supplier pricing and cost efficiencies
- Identify cost saving opportunities
- Monitor and analyze monthly and weekly cost trends
- Track and analyze food costs and inventory levels, assess vendor relationships, assist in recipes & sub recipes costing, and help maximize profitability across operations
- Calculate costs of food and beverage items and be responsible for short and long term planning of F&B cost control, pricing, and waste management
- Achieve desired cost control outcomes applying industry best practices without compromising quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in finance and accounting or relevant fields
- Specialization in cost accounting – highly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
- Well versed with Accounting System, POS Systems and cost and inventory systems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands on experience in data analysis software – added advantage
- Exceptionally well organized with cost analysis techniques
- Ability to overcome time constraints
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi & can join immediately
- Valid UAE driving license – preferred

Job Description
- The Cost Controller (Food & Beverage experience) will monitor food and beverage costs, collaborate with chefs, conduct stock audits, evaluate supplier pricing, and identify cost saving opportunities.

Compensation
- Salary: AED 5,000.00 AED 5,500.00 per month
