About the Role
Snoonu is seeking a hunter-style Corporate Partnerships Manager to own partner acquisition for its Loyalty Club and employee benefits program. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships with brands, merchants, and service providers across Qatar and the GCC.

Responsibilities
- Own the partner acquisition target for the Loyalty Club, measured on net new partners signed, quality of offers, and incremental value to members
- Build and run a structured outbound prospecting engine using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM
- Run the full outreach cycle autonomously: research, pitch, sequence, meeting, negotiation, close
- Maintain a live pipeline of 40+ active partner opportunities, tracking stage, next action, probability, and forecast in CRM
- Hit a weekly cadence of 8 12 qualified discovery meetings with target brand partners
- Identify and chase premium, differentiated offers that make Loyalty Club members active
- Build vertical level penetration plans and prioritize acquisition accordingly
- Prospect into new GCC geographies for partner network extension
- Lead deals from first contact to signed contract: discovery, proposal, commercial terms, legal review, execution
- Build tailored pitch decks and commercial proposals for each partner
- Negotiate offer terms, exclusivity windows, co marketing commitments, and performance metrics
- Deliver weekly pipeline report to leadership: meetings booked, deals in flight, deals closed, pipeline by stage, blockers, forecast
Requirements
- 3 6 years in a quota carrying B2B sales, partnerships, or business development role with verifiable track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Hands on experience running multi channel outbound: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing tools, cold calling, in person visits
- Full sales cycle ownership: discovery, proposals, negotiation, closing
- CRM discipline: Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal English; Arabic fluency is a significant advantage
- Experience acquiring partners for a loyalty, membership, or rewards programme
- Existing network of GMs, owners, or commercial leaders at brands, restaurants, hotels, gyms, retailers, or experience providers in Qatar or the GCC
- Background in e commerce, super app, fintech, lifestyle, or hospitality partnerships
- Understanding of how loyalty programme value propositions work

Role Overview
- Snoonu is Qatar's 1 super app building a loyalty ecosystem. This role owns the acquisition engine for that ecosystem.
- Think of this like running partner acquisition for a frequent flyer program or a premium loyalty club.
- This is a hunter role: prospect, pitch, negotiate, close. Full cycle from cold list to signed contract.
Loyalty Club Partner Acquisition
- Own the partner acquisition target for the Loyalty Club.
- Build and run a structured outbound prospecting engine across lifestyle, dining, retail, travel, wellness, entertainment, and services.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM daily to map and penetrate decision makers.
- Run the full outreach cycle autonomously: research, pitch, sequence, meeting, negotiation, close.
- Maintain a live pipeline of 40+ active partner opportunities at all times.
- Hit a weekly cadence of 8 12 qualified discovery meetings.
- Identify and chase premium, differentiated offers.
- Build vertical level penetration plans.
- Prospect into new GCC geographies.
Deal Structuring & Commercial Negotiation
- Lead deals from first contact through to signed contract.
- Build tailored pitch decks and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate offer terms, exclusivity windows, co marketing commitments, and performance metrics.
- Work with Legal and Finance to clear contracts without losing deal momentum.
- Build internal champion relationships at target brands.
Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Keep the CRM current, always.
- Deliver a weekly pipeline report to leadership.
- Self manage against conversion metrics.
- Surface pipeline risks proactively.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Landscape
- Track what competitor loyalty programs are doing.
- Feed market intelligence into Product, Marketing, and Leadership.
- Represent Snoonu at industry events, trade conferences, and networking forums.
- Monitor member feedback and engagement data on Loyalty Club offers.
Qualifications
