- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Must be currently based in the UAE

Role Overview
- We are looking for a polished and customer focused Corporate Ambassador to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in luxury retail who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing the brand with professionalism and confidence.
- As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest service standards and ensuring a seamless client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with a professional and premium customer experience.
- Represent the brand through exceptional communication, grooming, and presentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling and minimal waiting times.

Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in luxury retail.

Working Hours
- 5 day working week with alternate Saturdays.
- Rotational shifts.
- While there are currently no night shifts, candidates must be flexible to work future night shifts if introduced as part of the business's 24/7 operational model.
