Role Overview
Corporate Finance Manager role with a growing Saudi investment management firm in Riyadh.
The role supports financing funds, investment funds, structured debt solutions, and corporate finance transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure, establish, and execute financing funds, fixed income funds, and other investment vehicles.
- Prepare financial models, investment memoranda, term sheets, and transaction documentation.
- Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, risk assessments, and portfolio monitoring.
- Coordinate with advisors, auditors, financing companies, and regulators.
- Assist with originating and executing financing and corporate finance transactions.
- Prepare investor presentations, board reports, and portfolio updates.
- Support fundraising and maintain investor and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with CMA regulations and internal governance requirements.
Key Requirements
- 6–7 years of relevant corporate finance, financing funds, structured finance, debt financing, private credit, or related experience.
- Experience with a CMA-licensed investment company, financing company, asset manager, or financial services institution.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical, fund structuring, transaction execution, and due diligence capabilities.
