- Ensure all contracts, RFP responses, and vendor agreements are compliant, competitive, and aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee contract governance, risk assessment, vendor negotiations, and managing long term subcontractor agreements
- Requires strong analytical, negotiation, and cross functional collaboration skills
Requirements
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal or any related discipline
- Experience in contract preparation, negotiation, administration, and management, preferably within the FM or related industries
- Demonstrated experience in a legal, compliance, or contract law environment
- Preferably holds the Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) credential or equivalent certification from NCMA
- Demonstrates knowledge of the FM Industry, including commercial, operational and service level frameworks

The Role
- Contract Commercial Manager FM Service Provider Dubai, UAE
- We are currently seeking an individual for one of our Dubai based clients, who is a top tier IFM solutions provider.
- The Contract Commercial Manager leads the commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of bids, proposals, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads the commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of bids, proposals, and contract management.
- Ensures all contracts, RFP responses, and vendor agreements are compliant, competitive, and aligned with organizational goals.

Education, Skills and Experience Required
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal or any related discipline
- Experience in contract preparation, negotiation, administration, and management, preferably within the FM or related industries, along with demonstrated experience in a legal, compliance, or contract law environment.
- Preferably holds the Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) credential or an equivalent certification from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
