Role Overview
The Contract Administrator will oversee administrative, contractual, and commercial aspects of field service projects.
The role reports to the Supervisor of Contract Administration and works with Operations, Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Field Service Engineers.
Responsibilities span from the initial request for quotation through order acknowledgement and final invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and review customer inquiries and prepare accurate quotations for the Service Sales team.
- Verify and acknowledge customer orders against quotations and company policies.
- Coordinate project scheduling and execution with field service teams.
- Monitor contract performance and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation and long-term service contract files.
- Facilitate invoicing and assist Finance with collections.
- Support engineering with claims, warranty requirements, and project cost evaluations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong commercial acumen and contract administration and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
