- Learn and perform simple cooking techniques under supervision (boiling, frying, sautéing)
- Maintain clean and organized workstation
- Follow recipes and portion controls carefully
- Participate in mise en place, chopping, peeling, and basic stock preparation
- Follow kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cross contamination rules
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Observe cooking times and temperatures under supervision
- Assist in ingredient handling, storage, and FIFO compliance
- Reduce waste by careful prep and reporting unused items
- Maintain knives, tools, and equipment in good condition

Job Summary
