Responsibilities
- Lead dough mixing, kneading, shaping, proofing & baking processes
- Inspect gluten development, elasticity, hydration & fermentation
- Supervise lamination (puff pastry, croissants, Danish dough)
- Control uniformity in product weight, holes/crumb texture, crust color
- Innovate bakery items, seasonal breads, signature buns & pastries
- Maintain cost sheet for dough formulas & lamination ratios
- Manage temperature logs, fermentation logs & humidity checks
- Supervise oven calibration, steaming & baking cycle optimization
- Ensure maintenance of sheeters, deck ovens & fermentation cabinets
Requirements
- CDP Baker: 4 years (Required)
- Experience in dough mixing, kneading, shaping, proofing & baking
- Knowledge of lamination (puff pastry, croissants, Danish dough)
- Ability to innovate bakery items and maintain cost sheets

We Are Hiring!!
- Walk In Interviews on Friday from 11am 5pm at Vego Cafe, Shop #02, Ground Floor, Al Raffa Building C, Kuwait St. Mankhool, Dubai, U.A.E.
Production Management
- Lead dough mixing, kneading, shaping, proofing & baking processes.
- Inspect gluten development, elasticity, hydration & fermentation.
- Supervise lamination (puff pastry, croissants, Danish dough).
- Control uniformity in product weight, holes/crumb texture, crust color.
R&D and Costing
- Innovate bakery items, seasonal breads, signature buns & pastries.
- Maintain cost sheet for dough formulas & lamination ratios.
Equipment, Hygiene & Documentation
- Manage temperature logs, fermentation logs & humidity checks.
- Supervise oven calibration, steaming & baking cycle optimization.
- Ensure maintenance of sheeters, deck ovens & fermentation cabinets.
Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 2,800.00 per month.
