About the Role

- Develop and maintain core project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk logs
- Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow through
- Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of project management standards, templates, and tools
- Monitor project progress and identify issues, risks, and dependencies
- Assist in managing stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular updates
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client requirements
- Support program level coordination across multiple workstreams when required
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands on project management and implementation experience using waterfall and/or agile delivery frameworks
- 2–3 years of delivery experience in a consulting environment (asset)
- Working toward or having completed professional project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPM
- Advanced knowledge of project and program management disciplines
- Experience supporting business transformation and technology enablement initiatives
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to stakeholders at all levels
- Highly detail oriented with ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in French would be an asset

What will your typical day look like?
- Support end‑to‑end project delivery using project management and agile methodologies.

You are someone with these required skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on project management and implementation experience using waterfall and/or agile delivery frameworks, including managing timelines, scope, risks, and cross‑functional teams.
- 2–3 years of delivery experience in a consulting environment (asset), with exposure to client‑facing engagements, solution delivery, and multi‑project coordination.
- Working toward or having completed professional project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPM, or other relevant credentials.
- Advanced knowledge of project and program management disciplines, including developing schedules, managing risks and issues, conducting status reporting, and applying quality management practices across both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Experience supporting business transformation and technology enablement initiatives, with an understanding of system implementation challenges, integration considerations, and technology‑related risks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present project status clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels—from team members to senior leadership—tailoring messaging to the audience.
- Highly detail‑oriented, with the ability to identify critical details, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure high‑quality deliverables while keeping the overall project vision and objectives in mind.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, support decision‑making, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French would be an asset.
Total Rewards
- The salary range for this position is CAD 58,000 CAD 102,000 for consultant and CAD 80,000 CAD 138,000 for senior consultant.
- Individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.

- This role requires approximately 80% travel.
