- Identify and secure high profile speakers, industry leaders, and key stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and advisory boards to ensure content relevance and quality
- Continuously evaluate and enhance content strategy to drive audience growth and engagement
- Manage the full lifecycle of conference production from concept to on site delivery
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met
- Coordinate cross functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and external partners
- Oversee speaker management, including briefing, onboarding, and on site coordination
- Ensure successful execution of conference programs within exhibitions, maintaining high production standards
- Collaborate with commercial teams to align content with sponsorship and revenue opportunities
- Monitor budgets, track performance metrics, and optimize ROI for each event
- Conduct post event analysis to identify improvements and inform future strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in conference production, content development, or event management, ideally within exhibitions
- Strong understanding of the B2B conferences and exhibitions landscape
- Proven ability to create commercially viable and content driven event programs
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with senior level speakers and industry leaders
