Compensation Program Administration
- Administer and maintain compensation programs, salary structures, pay ranges, and job evaluation processes.
- Support annual compensation planning activities, including merit, market, and promotional increase reviews.
- Partner with leaders to evaluate compensation recommendations and ensure alignment with compensation philosophy and budget guidelines.
- Assist with spot awards, bonus program administration, and other recognition programs.
Market Analysis & Benchmarking
Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation surveys and external labor market data.
Analyze market competitiveness and provide recommendations regarding pay positioning.
Support development and maintenance of salary ranges and compensation structures.
Compliance & Governance
Support compliance with federal, state, and local pay regulations.
Assist with audits and compensation-related reporting requirements.
Maintain compensation documentation, procedures, and governance practices.
Partnership & Consultation
Serve as a trusted advisor to People & Culture partners and business leaders regarding compensation matters.
Provide guidance on job evaluations, internal equity considerations, and compensation practices.
Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives through compensation analysis.
