As we expand our roasted coffee business across the UAE (Memories), we are looking for a driven and knowledgeable **Sales Manager** to lead our **B2B** (Business to Business) **coffee sales** direction and help grow our client network.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identifying and reaching out to new potential clients across the UAE
- Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with existing B2B clients
- Conducting product tastings, coffee meetings, and follow-up visits to support sales growth
- Achieving monthly and quarterly **sales targets** with full ownership of your client base
- Providing product knowledge and basic brewing support to new partners
- Gathering feedback and ensuring top-level service quality and client satisfaction
- Representing our brand with professionalism, passion, and a deep love for coffee
What We’re Looking For
- **Mandatory experience in B2B coffee sales**
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in **English** (both written and spoken)
- Valid UAE driver’s license and readiness for **travel across UAE**
- Proven track record of **meeting and exceeding sales targets**
- Passion for coffee and willingness to represent a quality-focused brand
- Self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented
- Coffee-related certifications or training are a plus
