Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes according to recipes and brand standards
- Manage daily operations within the assigned kitchen section
- Execute breakfast à la carte and high volume breakfast service efficiently
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion control, and presentation
- Prepare and organize mise en place for smooth service operations
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory management
- Follow food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and FIFO procedures
- Support and guide junior kitchen team members as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 4 years of relevant experience in reputable restaurants or café concepts
- Strong experience in breakfast à la carte and high volume breakfast operations
- Ability to manage a section independently
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Passionate, disciplined, and eager to grow within the business

Role Purpose
- To manage an assigned kitchen section and deliver high quality dishes while maintaining L’ETO standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and operational excellence.
