Responsibilities
- Execute implementation of strategic long term Total Revenue Plan into actionable results
- Further develop property distribution platform by identifying best solution for CRS/GDS
- Ensure optimal use and measure performance on all distribution channels
- Assist Sales & Marketing Team in devising marketing campaigns
- Monitor competitor availability and pricing and analyze actual performance versus competitive set
- Implement pricing strategies, yield strategies, selling strategies and revenue management best practices
- Develop and implement rationally related pricing structures for Direct, Wholesale, Groups & Corporate
- Understand dynamics of Global, National, Regional & Local Political and Economic Market
- Carry out analysis of Booking Patterns & Market Trends
- Conduct annual revenue management audits for all revenue generating departments
- Drive Projects related to revenue management
Requirements
- At least 5 years in a similar position within luxury hospitality
- Fluency with revenue management essential systems and online tools (STR Portal, Opera PMS, Infor Vision, Bi Tools, Rate Shopping Tools)
- Advanced CRS and channel management systems knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Finance/Revenue Management or related field
- Full working proficiency in English

About The Role
- Kerzner International has created iconic destination resorts, luxury hotels, and private homes.
- We are looking for Revenue Management professionals willing to relocate to Southern Europe/Eastern Europe for a property based role.
- Cluster Director of Revenue Management will be responsible for executing the strategic long term Total Revenue Plan.
- The role is based on site and oversees multiple properties, reporting to the General Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualities

- Fluency with revenue management essential systems and online tools (STR Portal, Opera PMS, Infor Vision, Bi Tools, Rate Shopping Tools).
- Advanced CRS and channel management systems knowledge.
- Bachelor's in Hospitality/Finance/Revenue Management, or any related field.
- Full working proficiency in English and ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization.
