Role Overview

  • Develop and execute the cluster wide Marketing & Communications strategy for FAENA The Red Sea and FAENA Wadi Safar.
  • Serve as the strategic marketing advisor to ownership groups, executive leadership, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Lead the positioning, launch, and ongoing brand development of both destinations, ensuring alignment with FAENA's global vision and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the guardian of the FAENA brand, ensuring consistency across all communications, guest touchpoints, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple ownership representatives, destination partners, government entities, tourism authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop integrated annual marketing plans that support commercial objectives, brand growth, and market share expansion.
  • Oversee all marketing, communications, public relations, social media, content, digital marketing, advertising, and creative initiatives across the cluster.
  • Lead strategic storytelling initiatives that showcase FAENA's unique blend of luxury, culture, wellness, entertainment, and art.
  • Direct the development of pre opening, launch, and ongoing marketing campaigns for both properties.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Revenue, Sales, Operations, Residences, Spa, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure business alignment.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with luxury brands, cultural institutions, creative collaborators, influencers, and industry leaders.
  • Oversee reputation management, media relations, crisis communications, and executive communications strategies.
  • Manage external agencies, creative partners, production teams, and media buying agencies to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Develop and oversee annual marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign performance, market intelligence, consumer insights, and competitive trends to inform strategic decision making.
