- Ensure that projects are managed safely, effectively, efficiently and completed on time and within budget
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure contractors and supervision consultants follow correct processes and procedures
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
- Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in managing and overseeing all phases of construction projects
- Ability to ensure contractors and supervision consultants follow correct processes and procedures
- Experience in developing and implementing project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Experience in managing and negotiating contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of construction professionals
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

Role Overview
- The major responsibility is to ensure that the projects are managed safely, effectively, efficiently and completed on time and within budget in accordance with the objectives of Client.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.
- Ensure that all the contractors and supervision consultants are following the correct processes and procedures.
- Assess the capability of Client’s existing project management and construction management staff.
- Development and rectification of department operating structure and tools.
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
