Role Summary
Design, develop, and support AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem.
Build conversational agents, automate business processes, integrate enterprise systems, and deliver scalable low-code solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Location and Duration
- The role is based in Dubai.
- The engagement is for one year with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop business process automation and approval workflows.
- Integrate Microsoft solutions with enterprise applications through APIs and connectors.
- Configure AI Builder for document processing and data extraction.
- Create and maintain Dataverse tables, business rules, and data models.
- Implement notifications and collaboration solutions using Teams and Outlook.
- Perform testing, deployment, production support, and release activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
- Ensure adherence to Power Platform governance, security, and best practices.
