- Participate in product demonstrations, cadaver labs, and customer training events
- Provide on call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or Associate degree with 4 years experience, or High school diploma with 6 years experience
- Valid driver's license
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Overview
- As a Clinical Specialist at Stryker, you will help improve orthopedic surgeries worldwide.
- You will support surgeons in the OR with pre operative planning, case preparation, and real time procedural workflows.
What You Will Do
- Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures.
- Assist surgeons with pre operative CT based planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
- Support full case preparation including instrumentation checks and equipment setup.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room.
- Learn workflow for daily account coordination including inventory management.
- Participate in product demonstrations, cadaver labs, and customer training events.
- Provide on call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree, or Associate degree with 4 years experience, or High school diploma with 6 years experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
