- Ensure smooth account transition for new sites and surgeons
- Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as point of contact for clinical questions
- Support clinical studies and ensure data collection compliance
- Mentor and coach team members through training and certification processes
Requirements
- 4 year degree required
- 6 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 1 year proven ability performing all aspects of the Neurosurgical Enabling Technologies Clinical Specialist role
- Valid driver's license with good driving record

Essential duties & responsibilities
- Train and guide surgeons and hospital staff in the use of Stryker Neurosurgical Enabling Technologies products.
- Ensure smooth account transition for new sites and surgeons.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to products.
- Act as product ambassador during cases, trials, VIP visits, tradeshows.
- Educate surgeons and staff on clinical benefits and best practices.
- Support clinical studies to ensure data collection and communication.
- Work with Clinical Specialist Managers and sales team to prescribe product launch timelines.
- Track launch timelines and keep stakeholders updated.
- Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports.
- Monitor market and gather competitive intelligence.
- Conduct Launch 'Wrap Up' meetings.
- Provide case coverage at unassigned accounts as needed.
Education & special trainings
- 4 year degree required
Qualifications & experience
- 6 years of relevant work experience required.
- Minimum 1 year proven ability performing all aspects of the Neurosurgical Enabling Technologies Clinical Specialist role.
- Proven ability to show agility and leadership.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Valid Driver's license with good driving record required.
