- As a Client Services and Banking Executive, you will be responsible for handling the VAS KPI reports and monitoring them on a daily basis.
- You will coordinate invoices with b2b vendors and handle telesales for our multi-products and services.
- In this role, you will:
- Call and follow up on the evaluation leads assigned by call centre within defined TAT
- Follow up and track our payments for approved evaluations
- Listen to customers questions and concerns and provide accurate answers/responses
- Enter data in system and process maximum number of evaluations with 100 % accuracy
- Keep record of rejected evaluations and inform manager on weekly basis
- Cross check the evaluations processed and approve the report after verifying the price
- Check the eligibility of the customer and source the loan application
- Maintain MIS and create reports for Finance deals
Requirements
- A minimum of secondary education
- Minimum of 2-3 years automotive / banking /sales support experience in the UAE
- Past experience using CRM software;
- Detail oriented
- Strong Automotive market knowledge;
- Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success;
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must possess excellent data entry skills
- Professional demeanour and telephone etiquette
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Ambitious, positive and committed attitude
