About the Role

- Position Siemens Energy as preferred service provider in Power Generation and Oil & Gas markets
- Serve as main point of contact, building client relationships and identifying opportunities
- Develop and maintain customer networks and gather market intelligence
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage contract reviews, risk assessments, and negotiation strategies
- Coordinate end to end sales activities and maintain accurate forecasts in CRM
Requirements
- Relevant sales experience in servicing rotating equipment (steam turbines and generators), ideally in oil and gas
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong communication skills in English
- Solid commercial acumen
- Experience in direct customer interaction

What You Bring
- Relevant sales experience in servicing rotating equipment (steam turbines and generators), ideally in oil and gas.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic an advantage, German a plus.
- Solid commercial acumen with excellent communication and planning skills.
- Proven ability to work in diverse, multicultural teams.
- Experience in direct customer interaction.
