Civil Land Surveyor role in Abu Dhabi, UAE, within civil and building construction.
The employer seeks an experienced surveyor with mandatory UAE civil construction experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys, measurements, and setting-out works.
- Establish coordinates, levels, benchmarks, and control points.
- Set out foundations, columns, walls, roads, utilities, and landscaping works.
- Verify site levels and dimensions against approved drawings.
- Prepare survey reports, sketches, and as-built information.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
- Maintain and operate surveying instruments accurately.
Requirements
- Relevant diploma or technical qualification.
- UAE experience as a Land Surveyor with a civil construction company.
- Experience with commercial projects, low-rise buildings, shopping malls, and landscaping works.
- Proficiency in Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS equipment.
- Ability to read civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Availability to work in Abu Dhabi.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
