Responsibilities
- Drive city’s operation and financial performance to achieve profitability and growth
- Design strategic business plan to achieve sales and revenue objectives
- Identify growth areas and set achievable targets for new acquisitions
- Manage overall city performance across zones
- Plan and lead marketing activities on the ground
- Handle logistics implementation in alignment with SOP
- Monitor competitor activities and set plans for growth
- Generate extra revenue through non commission deals
- Manage and follow up on team’s daily/weekly tasks
- Evaluate targets and provide feedback to support team growth
- Scale team and onboard new joiners
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations, Logistics)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of leadership and team management experience
- Strong understanding of the food industry and market dynamics
- Experience with commercial proposals and pricing strategies
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Proven track record in managing and developing high performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Advanced English proficiency
- E commerce experience is highly preferable

Role Summary

- Also responsible via dotted line to oversee city’s success across marketing, logistics, people, etc.
