Role Summary

  • Responsible for the City’s growth in terms of Strategy, Growth, Driving Sales, Account Management, and marketing.
  • Also responsible via dotted line to oversee city’s success across marketing, logistics, people, etc.

What’s on your plate?

  • Drive city’s operation and financial performance
  • Design strategic business plan to achieve sales and revenue objectives
  • Identify growth areas and set achievable targets
  • Manage overall city performance across zones
  • Plan and lead marketing activities on the ground
  • Handle logistics implementation
  • Monitor competitor activities
  • Generate extra revenue through non commission deals
  • Manage and follow up on team’s tasks
  • Evaluate targets and provide feedback
  • Scale team and onboard new joiners
  • Collaborate with internal teams

What did we order?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 8+ years experience in Sales, Account Management, Operations, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years leadership and team management experience
  • Strong understanding of food industry
  • Experience with commercial proposals and pricing strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Proven track record managing high performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • E commerce experience highly preferable
